Here is my latest recording. Yes that is keyboard cat on the drums.

It's been awhile since I've tried to record something. This weekend I didn't get much sleep as I was up playing with a free trial of Ableton Live 8.

A few months ago I picked up a Yamaha Dtxplorer electronic drum set. I had no idea how to play the drums but slowly got the hang of it. It's a lot of fun, but I'm still pretty bad. That's why I haven't recorded anything lately. I wanted to at least be able to make a simple beat. With Ableton I can do a lot more (Arpeggiator is the coolest thing). It definitely makes me sound a lot better than I really am haha.

Check out the recording I made. I use a bunch of effects and automation. Half of the drums are quantized, and I'm sure you can definitely tell which half . The other parts I definitely go off tempo, but oh well, need to practice.
